Sessions are scheduled by appointment only. Typically we have availability morning, afternoon, and evening.

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
I will provide you with an intake packet prior to your first session. Please complete the forms and bring them with you along with your Insurance Card and Co-Pay if applicable.
